At Lopez & Humphries, P.A. we are caring and compassionate lawyers that are also sharp, tenacious advocates for the injured and the accused. It is important to recognize the wealth of trial experience that the firm possesses. Melodie Lopez and Kevin Humphries have combined trial experience in more than 100 jury trials, 500 trials before court, 500 Social Security Administration trials and over 50 Workers’ Compensation trials. The attorneys of Lopez & Humphries, P.A. have had their own respective trials featured on national media where they have been described as “experienced” and “excellent” by hosts and commentators on their trial performance.
Kevin HumphriesKevin Humphries enlisted in the Marine Corps to honorably serve his country after High School where he was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Gold Star. He went on to graduate Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Social Psychology from Park University. He then relied on his earned scholarship monies to assist him through his education at Stetson University College of Law where he received numerous personal awards for his academic excellence. |
Melodie LopezSimilarly, Melodie Lopez also attended college on an Athletic scholarship where she managed a full course load and the challenges of collegiate softball. She then went on to acquire her Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami College of Law. During her residence in Miami she became fluent in Spanish. At Lopez & Humphries, P.A. we are proud of our past and humble beginnings and feel that it makes us more capable of serving our clients in their time of need. |
